Our research team members are always on the look out for great investment properties for club members. Our property appraisal process ensures that we only advertise the best investment opportunities. If our managers wouldn’t personally invest in a property, we won’t recommend it to our members!
Our strict appraisal process assures that each property is;
- In an area of potential or existing mid-to-long term capital growth
- In an area of high employment and population growth
- Has a high quality of construction and design, that will require minimal maintenance
- In an area with a stable and long-term rental history
- Newly built or renovated, allowing for maximum depreciation and largest taxation savings
- In an area close to schools, transport, and shops
By only selecting properties that meet this criteria we are able to weed out investments more likely to fail, and therefore give our members the best chance at a successful investment. As with all of our services this appraisal is done for free for club members!
