We test issues and variables that most solo investors wouldn’t know to check. By putting in the hours to research each individual property, we ensure the best investments for our members.
Our Research Team continues to work with our members after the initial investment is made. They also guide you through; negotiating better prices, verifying data and objective valuations of properties, providing and organising all necessary documentation, monitoring construction and acting as a liaison between the builders and investors, and, inspections prior to final purchase.
